The health and safety legislation, OHSAS and ISO standards contain various requirements that an employer/company must comply with in order to get the necessary certification. These requirements have now been included in a compliance assessment that will assist in ensuring knowledge of the "what's" that needs to be in place.
Assessing health and safety and other competence can be a complicated and time consuming process. There are two levels that need to be considered:
Stage 1
The primary level. This is the ability of an organisation to prove that their arrangements for managing health and safety, environmental, OHSAS, ISO, etc. are sufficient to allow them to carry out work safely and without risk to the health of their workers.
Stage 2
The second level assesses the level/degree of compliance in relation to the nature of work that a company/employer is performing.
The system provides for the following compliance assessment programs:
Environmental Legislation
Due Diligence (Supervisors)
